Wonderful Defection

Imperfect in all glory

Unremarkable as I came. Moulded in mediocrity,

emerged hope from ash and flame.

In inconspicuous light, grew a garden of love and life.

In a sea of unveiled hate,

set sail redemption afloat, excitement betrayed by the light of faith.

For a better life, I have taken the bait.

With an audacious smile, my inner heart believed,

That miracles and heaven, I shall surely receive.
